Competitions
We love to BBQ, and as men we love to compete. What better way to combine the two than to enter BBQ Competitions! We constantly look to improve our bbq and competing allows us to do that against other great bbq cooks. We enter mostly Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) competitions. These competitions have four main categories: Chicken, Ribs, Brisket and Pork. Each category is judged on taste, tenderness and appearance. Since we've started competing our bbq has gotten much better. The other teams have been great and we always look forward to the next competition to see our bbq friends.
